Urban agriculture specialists and artist collective HK Farm (Glenn Eugen Ellingsen, Michael Leung and Anthony Ko) have taken over Spring’s main terrace for a year-long residency from September 2014 to August 2015.

Join us on the afternoon of Sunday, November 23 for a harvest workshop where you will get a glimpse of their approach to experimental farming that include time-lapse photography, sound recording and projection, food sculpture and an edible harvest. We will be running workshops on planter-making, planter-painting and pesto-making.
