Reminder: November Program 2014
43471c11-122a-4fb5-8c3e-f9958fe88fbe

UPDATE: The first show sold out very quickly, so the dancers have kindly agreed to perform their works a second time from 8:30-10:30pm on the same evening. If you would like to attend, please make sure to rsvp for that using the link below.

If you haven’t come to see our large-scale exhibition “Islands Off the Shores of Asia” co-presented with Para Site Art Space, make sure to come before it closes on December 7; there will be a final tour led by one of the curators on that day.

Finally, thank you to everyone who came out for the Autumn Harvest Workshop with HK Farm this past Sunday. It was a gorgeous sunny day to spend on the terrace with you, and we hope your pesto and planter-making skills keep you in good stead.  We are dutifully playing the recordings you made to the plants, so do come back to see what that has wrought.  And email us at farmers@springworkshop.org if you would like to get periodic updates on HK Farm’s project or to ask questions about your seedlings or Anthony’s pesto recipe.

We look forward to seeing you!

Spring x Happ’Art
Dance Program with Bruno Isakovic

Croatian choreographer and dancer Bruno Isakovic is currently in residence at Spring and created a solo performance for HK-based dancer Joshua Serafin (Philippines) based on Bruno’s work about nudity that will be performed on  the evening of Saturday, November 29, 2014.

As part of the evening’s program, HK-based choreographer and dancer Sarah Xiao (China) will perform her own creation “She”. The evening will feature a discussion about the program between Bruno Isakovic and Kevin Kwong, Arts Editor of the South China Morning Post.

Co-presented with Alice Rensy of Happ’Art.

(Please note: The performance contains nudity.)

*RSVP required.  Due to overwhelming response, the first session (6-8pm) is already full. We will be running the same performance and discussion from 830-1030pm on the same evening. Please make sure to sign up via the rsvp link or there may not be a seat for you.
