Urban agriculture specialists and artist collective HK Farm (Glenn Eugen Ellingsen, Michael Leung and Anthony Ko) have taken over Spring’s main terrace for a year-long residency that began in September 2014. Join us on the afternoon of Sunday, November 23 for a harvest workshop where you will get a glimpse of their approach to experimental farming that includes time-lapse photography, sound recording and projection, food sculpture and an edible harvest. We will be running workshops on planter-making, planter-painting, pesto- and tea-making. If you can’t come Sunday, but want to be kept up to speed on what HK Farm is up to at Spring, send an email to farmers@springworkshop.org.
